黃雲吟博士（Dr. Yun-yin Huang）是 WE CARE WE SHARE 行動的創辦人，也是充滿熱忱的語言教育者。她以培養年輕學習者的能力為願景，領導 CrEd 新竹團隊。憑藉在教學設計、溝通技巧與學術英文方面的深厚背景，她長期與不同年齡與背景的學習者合作，協助他們建立自信，勇於表達自己的想法。

受創意教育（Creative Education）理念啟發，她創立了 CrEd 新竹，希望從小培養孩子的創造力、自信與溝通能力，讓孩子能夠找到自己的聲音，並勇敢地向世界分享他們的想法。

CrEd 新竹的教育理念

Dr. Yun-yin Huang, founder of the WE CARE WE SHARE initiative and a passionate language educator, leads CrEd Hsinchu with a vision to empower young learners. With a strong background in instructional design, communication skills, and academic English, she has worked with learners of diverse ages and backgrounds to build confidence in expressing their ideas. Inspired by the philosophy of Creative Education, she established CrEd Hsinchu to nurture creativity, confidence, and communication from an early age, helping children discover their voices and share their ideas with the world.

CrEd Hsinchu develops children’s creativity, confidence, and communication through interactive and meaningful learning experiences. Our programmes use storytelling, discussion, and creative exploration to help young learners develop essential 21st-century skills, including communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. Through these engaging activities, we provide a supportive space where children can express their ideas, build confidence, and grow as thoughtful communicators and global citizens.
