Because of his expertise Paul is also the CrEd Development Director for the Philippines, Paul is leading groundbreaking initiatives in drama programs, musical theatre, and pre-primary education, fostering creativity and growth in learners of all ages. His ability to connect with individuals and shape transformative learning experiences has made him a trusted figure in leadership facilitation and professional development.

At CrEd, Paul heads up the Corporate Programme training initiatives, using theatre arts to teach essential 21st Century workplace skills like Collaboration, Communication, Creativity, and Critical Thinking.
