With a remarkable 30-year career spanning multiple industries, Paul has established himself as a trusted advisor in leadership development. Over the past five years alone, he has delivered between 600 to 1,100 hours of leadership facilitation annually, collaborating with human resources, training, and learning & development teams across national and multinational corporations.
His work goes beyond technical training—it is deeply rooted in behavioural transformation, helping organizations bridge critical knowledge gaps while designing comprehensive roadmaps for sustainable growth. His approach combines strategic planning with human-cantered development, ensuring that businesses align their leadership strategies with stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and effective problem-solving.
Paul’s ability to craft and deliver high-impact training programs has earned him recognition across the corporate world. His tenure as a Training Consultant at Guthrie-Jensen Consultants saw him develop Stakeholder Management and Emotional Intelligence courses, generating recurring revenue and managing a PHP 3,000,000 portfolio in just two years. His leadership journey also includes key positions at ACCOR, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Brady, where he played pivotal roles in training teams, refining operations, and strengthening communication.
Now, Paul is bringing his expertise to CrEd, where he is heading up the innovative CrEd Corporate Programme training initiatives. This groundbreaking program leverages theatre arts to teach essential 21st Century workplace skills—including Collaboration, Communication, Creativity, and Critical Thinking—ensuring professionals develop the agility and insight needed for success in today’s dynamic work environments.
Beyond corporate training, Paul also serves as the CrEd Development Manager for the Philippines, driving the expansion of drama programs, musical theatre initiatives, and CrEd pre-primary schools throughout the country.
